Compli’s Role
Compli’s Senior Project Manager (SPM) plays a central role, reporting directly to the new site leader and coordinating all activities tied to the product transfer process. This includes managing the integration of multiple business functions across operational readiness, quality/laboratory readiness, documentation and technical transfer workstreams.
Scope of Work
- mAbs Operational Readiness:
Compli developed area-specific schedules aligned with project milestones to ensure readiness for media fills, engineering batches and process validation batches. This work included identifying key ordering points and aligning deliverables across operations, engineering, automation, maintenance and construction. - Quality and Laboratory Readiness:
The team supported the coordination of lab-related activities, ensuring testing timelines matched production readiness. This involved integrating multiple departments—labs, procurement, supply chain and technical transfer—to maintain alignment with the broader P6 project schedule. - Documentation Readiness:
To support startup and compliance timelines, Compli established documentation priorities, target completion dates and progress metrics. Visual tools were developed to communicate progress to Tier 1 boards and senior leadership.
- Packaging Technical Transfer:
Compli oversaw the packaging transition from Lincoln to Lithia Springs, including coordination of packaging engineering, artwork, regulatory submissions and shipping studies. - Document and Change Control Support:
Compli supported review and readiness of SOPs, training materials (OJTs/CBTs), EBRs, material master’s and regulatory outlines. The team also provided support within the Trackwise system to manage change control documentation and facilitate signing events tied to project milestones.
Outcome
Compli’s leadership continues to provide structure, clarity and proactive coordination throughout a complex, multi-year transition. By integrating cross-functional workstreams, maintaining alignment with detailed project schedules, and serving as a single point of contact for progress tracking, Compli ensures the facility is well-positioned for successful packaging operations and regulatory readiness.
