As Principal of Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) at Compli, Todd provides strategic and technical leadership for the company’s CQV services. He helps guide project delivery, support and develop teams, and strengthen processes to ensure consistent, high-quality solutions for clients. Drawing on decades of industry experience, Todd also serves as a trusted resource for navigating complex project and regulatory requirements while supporting the continued growth of Compli’s CQV services.

Todd brings extensive expertise in CQV, project management, and regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, he has successfully led and supported projects from startup through closeout, developing and executing validation documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

His experience spans a wide range of initiatives, including computer systems validation, cleaning validation, manufacturing and packaging integration, and facility and utility systems.
