Greg joined GBA in 2017 as Director of Compliance and Validation, leading GBA’s service offerings for the life sciences industry. Today, as President of Compli, Greg provides strategic leadership for the organization, guiding its continued growth, service delivery, and commitment to supporting clients across the life sciences industry. A proven, growth-oriented leader, Greg has a strong track record of building successful business development and cross-functional teams while helping clients navigate complex quality, compliance, and validation challenges.

Greg brings experience across parenteral, API and IVD/medical device manufacturing, having worked for both manufacturing and consulting organizations. His areas of expertise include quality assurance, sterile manufacturing, project management, technology transfer, commissioning and qualification, process validation and risk management. Throughout his career, he has led startup, quality assurance, and validation efforts for greenfield facilities and managed ongoing quality and validation programs for established operations.

Before joining Compli, Greg provided commissioning and validation management, project management, and quality remediation support for a major facility production expansion. He also served as a Validation Project Manager for an active pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturing focus center, where he developed a comprehensive validation program for existing manufacturing facilities.
