Compli, LLC is pleased to welcome Clay Stafford, who will serve as Director. Clay has 15+ years of life science industry experience and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. He joins Compli most recently from Ellab, where he focused on building and maintaining strong partnerships primarily in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Cell & Gene Therapy, and Food Industries.
A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Clay now resides in Leawood, KS with his wife and two children. Based out of Compli’s corporate office in Lenexa, KS and reporting to Greg Spanel, President, Clay will focus on business development strategy, operations, and new talent acquisition to support high industry demand.
