Workshop Details
This one-day workshop will cover the numerous elements of developing a Maintenance Leadership program in your facility. By providing you with a clear picture of what good Maintenance Management entails and by discussing the specific tenants comprising a highly effective program, course attendees will leave this Workshop educated, equipped and motivated to implement an excellent Maintenance Leadership program at your site.
The instructor will share the top eight areas and 35 sub-topics in which Pacesetting organizations are focusing on when developing their Maintenance Leadership program. This interactive learning environment will include six breakout sessions structured to assist attendees in identifying where they are on the Maintenance Leadership Maturity continuum and pinpoint areas to focus on at their sites. Each participant will receive a M&R Best Practices Scorecard in which to note where their organization is relative to Best Practices, providing insights into key areas in which to focus future improvement efforts in their operation.
