Jeff joined GBA in 2018 to support GBA’s service offerings for the Life Science industry. He has served in the pharmaceutical and biological fields for over 35 years in a wide range of roles, including Aseptic Filling Operator, Production, QA management, and Consultant. Before joining GBA, Jeff was with Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica in St Joseph, MO., as Assistant Director of Validation. He had an incredible group that oversaw all equipment, process and cleaning validation for that site. 

A versatile life sciences professional with hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle—from the shop floor to executive leadership. He has served as a Director, Project Manager, Technical Lead, Supervisor, Business Owner, Technician, and Operator, consistently leveraging his broad perspective to drive operational excellence. His background spans diverse manufacturing platforms, including parenterals, APIs, oral solid dosage, topicals, nutraceuticals, vaccines, and consumer care products. 

Known for his strong commitment to problem-solving, he approaches each project with a solutions-oriented mindset and an unwavering focus on detail, believing that even small oversights can have significant consequences in regulated environments. He brings deep expertise in GMP compliance, GxP environments, Change Control, Deviations, and Quality Assurance, and is committed to continuous learning and applying best practices to each new challenge. 

He is an active member of several professional organizations, including ISPE, PDA, and SMRP, and is equally committed to giving back to the community through involvement with charitable causes such as Veterans Community Project, Harvesters, and Operation Breakthrough.
